Hi there. This is a great company. Not only are their prices unbeatable but their service is unequaled in SA. I had a silly problem (mostly because I was not looking) and they were very efficient in helping me - asking the right questions and assessing the possible problem. While I figured out the problem all by myself, it was great to know that on the other side of an email address, was someone who made every effort to ensure that I know my problem is important to them. I received countless emails in a matter of 30 minutes to assess the possible problem. For your continual communication and speedy service I honour you Maliza. p.s. If anyone wants to import anything from the USA, at smack bottom prices, then do yourself the favour and go to the*** site where South Africans help you get whatever you want (except for the obvious no-no's of cause)
