This is a natural, mineral-based SPF15 lip balm and it can have a slight whitening effect. Active Ingredient: Micronized Zinc Oxide 12.5% Other Ingredients: *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, *Beeswax, *Jojoba Oil, *Castor Oil, *Cocoa Butter, *Shea Butter, CO2 Extracts of *Rosemary and *Seabuckthorn Berry.
