- These wax filter screens are 3mm in diameter and come with a tool to replace the filter in your hearing aid.
These are the larger 3mm filters, as opposed to the similar H4 2.5mm micro-filters used on other hearing aids brands. Resound recommends changing these original replacement wax filters every 3 to 6 months to keep your hearing aids in top working condition.
