Delivering accurate sound in a compact form-factor the Control 2P Compact Powered Reference Monitor System Model C2PS is ideal for a desk top audio production, audio visual presentations, broadcast applications and monitoring of personal music players and electronic instruments. Magnetically-shielded 5.25" low frequency woofers and .75" Polycarbonate dome tweeters powered by an internal 35 watt-per-channel amplifier provide accurate sound and impressive output. Attractive metal grilles protect the speakers from physical damage. A three position high frequency switch allows user adjustment of treble response. Three different types of input connectors (XLR, ¼” and RCA) allow connection of professional and consumer audio sources. A side-mounted volume control provides convenient adjustment of speaker levels. A headphone jack allows headphone monitoring with speakers off. The Control 2P Set (C2PS) includes one powered master speaker with 35 watts amplification per channel, one passive extension speaker, a power supply and two snap-on angle pedestals. The model C2PM includes one powered master speaker with 35 watts amplification but with out the extension speaker. Speakers can be wall-mounted using the optional MTC-2P mounting kit.
