This ON WARFARIN medical ID bracelet is custom engraved with information to assist you in an emergency. (see photos) The back of the medical ID tag has a brushed finish which enhances the visibility of the engraving.  This ID bracelet is made of 316L stainless steel curb links which rest comfortably on your wrist.

This means ON WARFARIN is pre-engraved at the top of the ID plate (see photo) and before checkout you can add custom information. Adding engraving is easy. The add to cart button says "Customize It" click that and follow the steps.
