The Lorex LW2301 is a self-contained Digital Wireless surveillance and recording solution offering an attractive, compact, space saving design. Its reliable digital wireless technology ensures interference-free, secure, high quality digital video and audio transmission resulting in a crystal clear view of the monitored area. Utilizing digital wireless technology, the expense and complication of running cables is eliminated, resulting in ease of set up and installation. Recording options include scheduled recording to start/stop at the same time every day, or choose camera motion detection, or activate manually with the press of a button. By adding cameras you can monitor different locations with this solution and capture video with single camera recording capability. The camera includes a durable metal housing ideal for both indoor and outdoor use and features IR night-vision for monitoring in darkness using infrared light. The built-in PIR sensors track moving heat sources to allow for accurate motion detection and trigger recording. When the camera detects motion, the monitor automatically switches to the camera detecting the motion with audible alert to the monitor.
