The 2244 3/16-Inch Two-Piece “Maxi” Launch Rod comes ready to work with heavier rockets and high-powered rocket engines. It makes an ideal alignment tool for model rockets that require 2 launch lugs.
  • MADE FOR ROCKET ALIGNMENT: The 2244 3/16-Inch Two-Piece “Maxi” Launch Rod design attaches to the launch pad, allowing you to align the launch lugs on your Estes rocket with the launch rod and slide the rocket down. This launch rod ensures your rocket will gain enough speed to fly with stability as it blasts through the air.
  • IMPORTANT LAUNCH ACCESSORY: Whether you’re working with a beginner model rocket or an advanced-level replica, this launch rod belongs in your launch kit for larger rockets that are powered by C11, D, and E Engines. It is made to fit the 2215 Porta-Pad II or 2238 Porta-Pad E (sold separately) to create a full launch-system setup.
