ACTIVATION
Insert your O2 SIM card into your mobile when you are in U.K, and turn power on.
Your SIM will be automatically activate.
You can now make & receive calls and SMS from your Phone.
CHECK BALANCE
To check your balance, Dial *#10# and Send, balance will be shown on your screen.
Alternatively dial 4444 FREE from your mobile to hear balance and to top-up.
TOP-UP /RECHARGE
Dial 4444 from your O2 mobile phone.
You can purchase the voucher pin at major supermarkets, mobile shops, or convenience stores.
SIM
Choose the right compatible SIM card under the options below for your phone:
Standard SIM Card (standard phones, 2G phones)
Micro SIM Card (iphone 4, 4s, galaxy note 2, galaxy S3...)
Nano SIM Card (iphone 5)
Request the SIM card you like to use. we will cut it, and we will send it to you.
SERVICE LIFE
The Credit in your SIM lasts for 30 days, and the SIM will be deactivated if you don't used for an 80 day period
TIP
You need a unlocked Tri-Band or Quad Band GSM Phone. If you are not sure about this, check your phone manual or contact your carrier to unlock phones (It is mostly free service)
