The camera is one of the most advanced, high resolution and feature-rich night vision outdoor security cameras on the market. It employs 1/3" PIXIM DPS (Digital Pixel System) technology, wide dynamic range solution, which delivers quality and accurate color image in challenging lighting conditions such as glare, direct sunlight, reflections and strong backlight.The anti-noise technology efficiently reduces the data volume of digital storage and transmission. External zoom and focus are quick and easy; camera can be customized with external OSD control buttons. The camera concealed wiring that protects it from vandalism. It is perfect for home and business security application. Notes: Near-infrared light, is beyond what the human eye can see, but most camera sensors can detect it , color camera in daylight without an IR-cut filter will therefore see a significant amount of infrared light resulting in strange colors. With a Mechanical IR-Cut filter switch, during the day this camera uses an IR-cut filter. IR light is filtered out so that it does not distort the colors of images as the human eye sees them. When the camera is in night (black and white) mode, built in IR illuminator active, the IR-cut filter is removed, allowing the camera detect infrared light reflect from the object. Note: this is a CCTV camera. It is part of a security system and need work with other equipments, like a Digital Video Recorder, cable and monitor (not included).
