Description

  • Exceptional Strength & Heat Resistance – Made of 80% PA6 nylon and 20% carbon fiber, SUNLU PA6-CF offers superior stiffness, strength, and heat resistance with excellent layer adhesion, ideal for functional and durable parts.
  • Perfect for Industrial & Engineering Applications – This filament is suitable for high-stress applications requiring torsional, tensile, and impact resistance, such as gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, toy car chassis, skateboard parts, and bicycle frames.
  • High Heat Performance – With a heat distortion temperature up to 209°C, SUNLU PA6-CF outperforms common filaments like PLA, PC, and ASA, making it perfect for high-temperature parts like automotive exhausts, motor covers, pot handles, and kettle bottoms.
  • Recommended Printing Settings – Nozzle: 270–290°C; Bed: 50–70°C; Speed: 50–150mm/s. For maximum heat resistance, anneal prints at 80–130°C for 5–12 hours. Bed adhesion works on most surfaces with a thin layer of PVA glue or Magigoo PA. Use hardened steel nozzles to prevent abrasion when printing with carbon fiber filament.
  • Precision & Compatibility – Diameter: 1.75mm ±0.03mm, ensuring stable extrusion and compatibility with most FDM 3D printers. Spool dimensions: 203.2mm diameter × 63.5mm width × 55.88mm hub hole, compatible with printers like Bambulab H2D, X1 series, and more.
  • Notes – Dry filament before printing (80°C for 24h or 110°C for 4h) to maintain optimal performance. Carbon fiber filament is abrasive; use wear-resistant nozzles for longevity.
