The Garadry garage door flood barrier seal has been designed to form a watertight seal between the bottom of the garage door and the floor. It can also be used as a flood diverter between doorways and across driveways. The flood barrier reduces the damaging effects of condensation (i.e. rusting) by keeping the garage dry and equipment and tools protected. Additionally, energy costs may be reduced as a result of heat conservation (seal prevents drafts, cold air, snow and wind-blown rainwater from entering the garage through the gap under the garage door). It also prevents vermin such as rats and snakes from entering the garage. The sealant provided is easy to apply in all weather conditions, is odourless and bonds within minutes of its application. The product is supplied in kit form, with a length of the floor barrier threshold, sufficient adhesive, full-color installation instructions and foam side blocks, which are used to seal the edges if there are gaps between the side tracks and the wall.
