Called a thumb ratchet because it's designed with a flat plate so you can operate it with your thumb, this ratchet strap is fitted with 3-1/2" long stainless steel snap hook carabiner clips. A good choice for lightweight outdoor applications as the stainless steel will resist corrosion and rusting.
