- Instructions:Heat dry iron on cotton for at least 5 minutes. If item is new ,wash and dry before applying iron on appliques. Place on garment cover with a cotton cover( pillow case or hand towel works) apply hot dry iron and press down without moving iron count to 30 sec. allow to cool then repeat if needed. If material is heavy like denim do both inside and outside allowing to cool between.There is adhesive on the back that can be ironed, but if used for a long time, you must sew it up to ensure that it does not come off.
