Our DNA markers are not like those from other companies that are generated from enzyme digestion of plasmids. Those enzyme digested DNA markers are not stable at room temperature, and DNA fragments have extra nucleotides at both ends which are actually large than they should be. Our DNA ladders are generated by high fidelity DNA polymerase which generates blunt-end DNA fragments and gives you exact band sizes. The blunt-end PCR fragments are purified by our patented O-ring columns, quantified and mixed to get our DNA ladders. 100bp DNA Ladder, Cat# GBR104: is suitable for sizing liner double-stranded DNA fragments from 100bp to 3Kb. The ready-to-use DNA ladder consists of 13 double-stranded, blunt-end fragments with sizes of 3000, 2000, 1500, 1000, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300. 200 and 100 base pairs. The intensities of 500-bp and 1000-bp fragments are 2 times higher than the other fragments on ethidium bromide-stained agarose gels and services as indicators for easy to remember. If the ladder is used frequently, please keep them at 4°C. 1000ul/vial, enough for at least 200 gel loadings.
