Trouble Shooting
1.The frame shut off Automatically?
Make sure :
-You turn off the "Auto Power on"setting;
-Ensure that the frame stay plugged well;
-Try another SD card to test for the Suddenly shut down problem

2.Get pictures to display the right side up on the digital frame
Flip it on a computer and save it again, then on frame it shows ok

3.Pictures all squiggly?WONT SHOW PICTURES?pictures are completely PiXELATED ?
Make sure the photos are the correct format which this frame support.
If so ,please re-save the pictures by Photoshop or other Image editing software.
