1/16" (≈1.6mm) Aluminum Crimping Loop Sleeve 200PCS, Cable Ferrule Wire Rope Sleeves
- Fit for 1/16" (≈1.6mm) diameter wire rope and cable. Designed for optimal crimping performance with 1/16" cable. ❗Not recommended for cable sizes close to 1.9mm.
- 200pcs. Made of aluminum.
- Lock both ends of the wire rope sleeves by pliers, vise, or compression tools. Proper crimping tools are required for secure holding.
- Economical solution for fixing and transporting general-purpose, light-duty cable.
- Suitable for dog leashes, clothes lines, and general utility applications. Not intended for safety-critical or heavy-load use.
Feature with double holes. Sleeve Cable Connectors make it easy to secure loops when anchoring cable and they can be compressed by vise or pliers. Sleeves, when properly applied, are capable of holding the rated breaking strength of the cable to which they are applied. However, to determine the exact holding strength, we recommend pull testing prior to use. This step ensures the proper selection of materials, the correct pressing procedure and an adequate margin of safety for the intended use.
