- 16OZ HEAVYWEIGHT: Specifically woven to a heavy weight of 16.00 OZ. This fabric is significantly thicker and denser than standard 10-12oz denim, providing a stiff, durable structure suitable for heavy-duty applications.
- SHUTTLE LOOM SELVEDGE: Produced on vintage shuttle looms, featuring a finished "self-edge" (selvedge) on both sides. The tight weave prevents unraveling and offers the classic clean edge required for high-quality denim construction.
- 100% COTTON 3/1 TWILL: Made from 100% cotton with a traditional 3/1 Right Hand Twill weave. This is a rigid, non-stretch fabric containing no elastane, ensuring an authentic raw denim texture.
- 35-INCH NARROW WIDTH: The fabric width is 35 inches ± 1 inch. Please note this is a narrow width typical of shuttle loom fabrics, not the standard 60-inch width.
- English: RAW & UNWASHED: Supplied in a raw, unwashed state with an Indigo Blue color. The fabric will shrink upon first contact with water (approx. 3-10% shrinkage depending on method).
