190 Conveyor Belt Fasteners, Steel, with Bonus Installation Nails (100 ct)
- Includes (4) 190E boxes 25ct [equivalent to 100ct], plus BONUS installation nails
- Clips, nuts & piloted bolts provided
- Recommended for belts from 5/16" to 9/16" thick
- Recommended minimum pulley diameters from 14" to 18" (depending on operating tension)
- Installation Tools (sold separately): HP1 punch, HW1 wrench & 110 bolt breakers required for splices & repairs; FL11C tape & 190 templet (sized to belt) required for splices.
Steel 190 Bolt Solid Plate Fasteners provide a strong, sift-free belt splice or repair with superior holding ability. Recommended for belts from 5/16" to 9/16" thick and minimum pulley diameters from 14" to 18" (depending on operating tension). Typical applications include wood, sand, gravel, crushed stone, and cement. Commonly used for repairs of rips & small holes. Installation tools sold separately: HP1 punch, HW1 wrench & 110 bolt breakers required for splices & repairs; FL11C tape & 190 templet (sized to belt) required for splices.
