Black Hawk Surface Conditioning Discs are the top of the line surface conditioning discs on the market today. These discs are made up of an open nylon web (non-woven material) impregnated with premium abrasive grains and use a Type R - Male fastening system (Equivalent to the 3M Roloc fastening system). These discs are perfect for hard to reach surfaces and odd angles. The uses include: deburring and surface prep, gasket removal, coating removal, cleaning weld splatter, removing heat discoloration, blending and finishing, rust removal, etc.
