Truck Upfitters Premium Gas Struts for A.R.E. Fiberglass tonneau covers. Fits MOST A.R.E. brand models, specifically LT, LSII, and LSX, along with other brands and models. These DO NOT FIT every fiberglass tonneau. Please measure your existing struts before replacing with these. These are 100 lb struts, so they are for heavy weight fiberglass ARE and other similar brand tonneaus that have lift assist style arms. NOTE: These struts require two people to install, one person to held cover in open position while another removes and replaces the strut. Removing strut while cover is open and unsupported can cause injury or damage
