Description
- Purpose - These are compatible with any power rack vertical poles measuring at 2” X 2” and have a 1” mounting hole. Add these Spotter Arms to your home gym workout equipment setup. These are designed as a spotter during solo exercise routines and it attaches to your Power Cage or Squat Stand. Please check your rack before purchasing.
- Usage - Use the Straight Spotter Arms during bench press, deadlift, or squat type exercises to properly rack your barbell while training. Slide the peg through the upright poles and turn down. Do not slam the bar. Be sure to set down with control.
- Materials - Black powder coated steel with nylon resin pad.
- What’s Inside - (2) Straight Spotter Arms.
