Description

  • High-Quality Construction: The200L glass reactor features high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE contact materials, ensuring excellent chemical stability and safety for various laboratory reactions. The kettle cover has a 6-port design for versatile use.
  • Precise Temperature Control: The reactor offers a wide temperature range of -80°C to +250°C for the kettle and up to 180°C for the water bath. A digital display with K-type sensors ensures temperature accuracy within ±1°C, providing precise control for complex reactions.
  • Efficient Stirring and Heating: Equipped with a 750W constant-speed motor, the stirrer operates at 0-280 rpm, offering smooth stirring performance. The reactor's 12KW heating system ensures rapid and uniform heating of materials during the reaction process.
  • Advanced Condensing and Vacuum Systems: The glass reactor is compatible with vacuum devices (0.098 MPa) and cooling circulation systems, making it ideal for high-efficiency evaporation and solvent recovery. The solvent vapor is condensed via the Φ160mm x 600H (mm) glass condensation coil. Please note: Vacuum pump and cooling machine are not included and must be purchased separately.
  • User-Friendly Design: The reactor features a side discharge valve with an oblique discharge port for easy material collection. Additionally, the unit is mounted on a stable, corrosion-resistant frame with lockable wheels, providing both mobility and safety for laboratory use.
