Experience a fresh olive aroma followed by a fruity and buttery sensation, ending on a great peppery note that will altogether dazzle your senses. This premium extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from Picual olives by a recently-formed local cooperative in the Sierra de Cazorla (Spain) strictly following organic production methods. This oil is non-blended, non-refined and above all, exceptionally healthy and flavorful. Acidity: 0.12%. Polyphenol antioxidants: 439 mg/Kg.
Brought to you directly by the producer La Olivilla, this oil is the result of a labor of love, and knowledge of the land and climate of Andalusia. It's produced in harmony with Nature, it sustains the local economy, and showcases an excellence in modern organic agriculture techniques.
