- Application: 22-1/2 inch One-Touch charcoal grills Use for the Master-Touch series, performer series Original Kettle series 22" charcoal grills. Note: Not suitable for pre-2000 Performer grills, if you do, it may not fit, or not be able to control oxygen and not be able to clear ash
- Installation steps: Kit contains 3 damper blades, damper control rod, H-drive assembly, thumb screw, washer and instruction sheet. (1) First assemble the One-Touch Cleaning System Kit in the order on the blades. (2) Place the assemblaed blades into the grill. (3) Flip vour grill over. (4) Secure the blade with the washer with H holes. (5) Insert the control the control rod into the side that is notched. (6) Rotate the handle until it snaps into place
- For ventilation systems: Cleaning kits can be used for cleaning kits or for ventilation systems. Three vents at the bottom of the kettle grill are fitted with blades that adjust the kettle's temperature by moving the handle to control the flow of oxygen. If the handle is moved to seal the vent completely, the charcoal fire will go out
- For cleaning: The handle can be turned to rotate the internal cleaning blade and remove ash and debris into the dust collector at the bottom of the grill for easy cleaning
- Attention! Before replacing the cleaning system kit, remove the old controls and blades, and make sure the bottom of the grill is clean and tidy, not full of ash that would prevent the installation of the new cleaning kit. It is recommended to wear safety gloves during installation to avoid scratching your hands
