This is the odd extension for the gate. 'Odd' extensions only connect to'even' extensions and vice versa. The first extension to attach to either side of the Carlson Flexi Gate 30 in. Tall should be the 'even' extension. The 'odd' extensions would attach to the 'even' extension if additional width is required beyond the 'even' extension.
