- 【Dual-Side Advantages & Usage Guidance】: The PEI powder coating side withstands temperatures up to 300°C, works with diverse filaments (PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.), provides a frosted finish and easy maintenance. The imported PEI film side (120-150°C resistance) creates smooth, flat prints for refined results. Critical Tip: Apply glue on the film side when using PLA-SILK, PETG or TPU to reduce adhesion, prevent film damage during demolding and enable easy model removal.
- 【Key Usage & Maintenance Tips】: Peel off the transparent protective film on the PEI film side before first use. Ensure proper printer leveling and maintain a suitable nozzle-plate gap to avoid scratching the PEI coating. Adjust hot bed temperature per filament supplier guidelines for optimal adhesion. Demold only after natural cooling to room temperature to protect the PEI film. Clean with warm water, soap-based cleaner or alcohol when dirty or adhesion weakens to restore performance and extend service life.
- 【Model Compatibility & Normal Bubble Phenomenon】:This 256x268mm, it fits Anycub Kobra 3/Combo/ACE Pro and similar-sized 3D printers. (verify your printer model prior to purchase). Micro-bubbles on the film side are a normal physical reaction to 3M adhesive heating and do not impact printing performance. Opaque black films may also have such bubbles, which are simply concealed. Exercise discretion when purchasing if visible bubbles are a concern.
