Instruction:
1.Confirm the qc2.0 fast charger can work normally then connect it to the fast wireless charger, the led of wireless charger will flash 2-3 seconds and then goes off.
2.Remove the protective case and put the phone on the charging pad. If the phone need a QI receiver card for wireless charging, please confirm the receiver card be installed into the right place into the phone.
3.Please slightly adjust the cell phone on the charging pad to confirm the phone receiver coil is matching with the charger transmitter coil exactly

1.This wireless charger is not compatible with original adapter that came from S7 or S7 Edge.
2.QC 2.0 Fast Charger is required for the fast charge wireless charging feature, please use QC 2.0 adapter( Except adapter from S7 or S7 Edge) as its power source.
