To release, press Release tab and rotate ratchet handle back past ratcheting position and into release position to disengage tie-down. With the name Quickie Tie-Down comes a quality you can rely on and an easy, intuitive function. The 3/8" Ratcheting Rope Tie-down comes with specially formed S hooks and 12ft rope pre-installed. With a working load limit of 650 lbs, this is the strongest tie-down available that uses 3/8" rope.
