Why PLA Makes Sense:
PLA Filament is the BEST option when it comes to 3D pen refills. It is made from ORGANIC substances such as corn and sugarcane. When used in a 3D pen at the proper melting point(between 185°C and 205°C), it will produce considerably less pollution than almost every other filament on the market, especially ABS filament. It produces little scent but many believe this scent to smell rather sweet! Also, PLA plastic can even be BIODEGRADABLE with the right process!
NOTE: PLA plastic tends to be slightly more brittle than ABS plastic. We try our best to reduce this drawback by only selling fresh, high quality plastic. This is why every color comes VACUUM SEALED!
