- 【Easy to Install】, - Step 1: remove top burner, drip pan, receptacle block. Step 2: Remove old block by cutting its 2 wire leads no more than 4-1/2” from the block. Step 3: Slide heat shrink tubing over both wires of new receptacle block. Step 4: Remove 3/8” to 1/2” of insulation from both range wires, attach to the wires of new receptacle block using high temp wire nuts. Step 5: Slide heat shrink tubing over the connection, heat indirectly with a match or lighter
