Secondly, soak the mouthguard in hot water at 70-90 °C for 30 seconds. Quickly soak up the water on the mouthguard with a dry towel, careful burns! Then, CAREFUL BURNS! Place the mouthguard in your mouth, adjust it to a comfortable position, and engage your teeth to ensure it fits. Finally, put in cold water to shape and finish. Warm Tips: If your Mouth Guard is not fitted, repeat the above steps.
- For Kids: This Mouth Guard is designed for children and is smaller than adult's size of the Leesgel Mouth Guard. Suitable for children aged 9-15, of course you may have to trim it for under aged 9. if your kids clench or grind your teeth and want to protect them, our bite guards are right for your kids.
