This alloy steel 4130 seamless round tubing is suitable for use in aircraft and transportation structural applications. The tubing is seamless for a smoother bore than welded tubing. It is alloyed with chromium and molybdenum and has more bendability and weldability than alloy steel 4140/4142. This seamless round tubing meets MIL-T-6736B and Society of American Engineers (SAE) AMS6360 specifications for quality assurance and is suitable for use in applications such as bicycle frames and automotive roll cages.
