Listing is for a single 4.5A Super X-Drive Bucking Laser Driver. The Super X-Drive is an extremely efficient buck style regulator with many built in safety features to protect and give long life to your laser diodes. Driver has soft start, overshoot protection and very low noise as well as self bleeding output caps to prevent spikes by charged output caps that so many diodes have been lost to from other drivers. This 4.5A version of the driver is suited to work with the NDB7A75, NUBM44, NUBM05, NUMB06, NUBM07, NUBM08 laser diodes. Power with a 6.5V-12V power source capable of 4A+ like two Li-ions in series, 6.5V-12V 4A+ power supply or a variable power supply. Driver requires heatsinking of the 8pin regulator chip on the underside of the driver. Use a thin layer of thermal adhesive to mount it on your main heatsink or host body. Input and output pads are clearly marked for easy installation.
