  • Pack of 100 thermal heat activated Laminating Pouches sealed on only one edge, includes 1 reusable silicone coated laminating carrier for those laminators that recommend them
  • 2 Durable 3 mil polyester plastic sides including heat activated adhesive (6 mil total encapsulating your sheet) which becomes clear when heat and even pressure is applied (laminator recommended)
  • Recommended Insert Sheet Size: Maximum 4” x 6” (102mm x 152mm) provides 1/8” (3mm) sealed edge border protecting your sheet
  • Small Pre-Rounded Corners for a Smooth Professional Finish approximately 1/8” radius (3mm)
  • Metric Pouch size: 108mm x 159mm x 75 microns thick (x 2 sides = 150 microns total thickness added to your sheet)
100 Oregon Lamination premium 4x6 photo size (actual 4.25 x 6.25-inch) laminating pouches are typically used for 4 x 6 photos, signs, recipes, flash cards and notes. These thermal lamination pockets are 3 mil thick on each flap for maximum clarity and flexibility. 3 mil is the thinnest and clearest standard lamination pouch thickness and is compatible with nearly every thermal pouch laminator on the market. The adhesive becomes clear when heat activated.

    TIPS: Industry standard specification for 3 mil laminating pouches is 3 mils on each flap for a total of 6 mils added to your sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). Laminating pouches are sealed on only one edge and open on the other three (like a folder).
    Customers with adjustable temperature laminators who are trying a new brand, we recommend lowering the temperature approximately 25 degrees F for the first sheet or two. Users can always re-run laminate that was not run hot enough and seems foggy, but you cannot fix blister bubbles caused by running too hot the first time.
