1) I've heard that these types of hoses break easily, and I'm hesitant to purchase it.

As long as you are careful, and take a few simple precautions, your hose shouldn't break. Here are some tips:

• Do not leave the hose full of pressure. When not in use, let the water out of the hose.
• Do not pull hard on the hose to make it longer, if your water pressure is above 4 bars, it will expand naturally.
• Do not expand the hose without water in it.
• Do not leave the hose in direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures.
• Do not drag the hose on rough or sharp ground, or around sharp corners.

2) This hose isn't long enough. Did I get the wrong one?

No. This is likely due to a lack in water pressure. This hose expands fully to 50 ft with 4 bars (58 psi) water pressure, and can expand larger up to 6 bars (87 psi). If your water pressure is too low, the hose may not fully expand. If this is the case, you may want to look at getting a longer hose to make up for the difference.

3) What if I get the hose and I don't like it, or it breaks?

Easy. If you don't like it, send it back to Amazon.com. If in the first 12 months it breaks, email us a photo and we'll refund your order.
