This open head steel drum is supplied with 12 gauge bolt type locking ring closure, bolt, nut and gasket cover. This 55-gallon steel drum is designed, manufactured, and certified to meet UN requirements for hazardous materials under DOT 49 CFR. The UN Ratings are 1A2/Y1.8/200 & 1A2/X400/S. Steel drums are environmentally friendly since they can be recycled, reconditioned and re-purposed. X -- for packing groups I, II and III Y -- for packing groups II and III Z -- for packing group III
