Description

  • This Engine Cylinder Hone Deglazer is use to to deglaze the walls of cylinders in gasoline and diesel engines, help to remove the carbon, rust.
  • Constructed of premium steel and provide this Piston Honing Tool a good strength and durability, and the 220 grit stones are replaceable , easy to use and convenient to change the stone
  • It use for deglazing engine cylinders 2 inches to 6-1/2inches in diameter, with 3 pieces adjustable 3” stones. and fit for engine cylinders of automotive, motorcycle and industrial equipment
  • Knurled wheel adjusts spring pressure of stones against cylinder bore, and fasten the screw down can add more spring pressure, turn the opposite to reduce tension.

Operation:

1. Spray Lubricant On The Stones Or The Cylinder Bores. Get The Hone Set Up On The Drill.
2. Insert The Engine Hone Into The Cylinder And Run The Drill At Low Speed Between 300-700 RPM. Move The Hone Up And Down Around Once A Second.
3. After Honing, Use A Paper Towel To Wipe Out The Inside Of Cylinder.


Note:

Don't Push Or Pull The Stones More Than 3/4 Inch Out Of The Cylinder. Don't Run The Engine Hone For More Than 3 Mins.
