Peppermint all natural shower Frizzies, also known as Shower Steamers or Shower Bombs. Place one tablet on your shower shelf closest to you (not in direct stream of water), and when the water mixes with the tablet, it will fizz up and release the essential oils into your shower, which will clear your sinuses while you're showering. The closer the table is to your face, the stronger it will work. They are all natural - containing baking soda, distilled water, citric acid and essential oils. One tablet typically only lasts for one shower, and there are 8 tablets in a package. 4 tablets may be connected in one piece, so if they arrive in one piece, just break one off!

Another option to use these, is to run hot water in your sink. Place a tablet at the bottom of the sink with the hot water running. Place a towel over the back of your head, lower your head over the sink, and breathe in the steam that is now filling with the essential oil. This will clear your sinuses and you'll feel like you're at the spa!
