To use, pop the wheel onto your drill using the included 5/16" 24 threaded arbor, place on any decal sticker or vinyl, turn on the drill, and watch as your decals and stickers are obliterated (you can also heat the decal with a hair dryer and slowly peel the decal while heating the underside as you uncover it to give wheel a longer life). Not for use on lacquer coatings or reflective tape. Drill not included.
