AFTCO's Original Fishing Shorts have been on this planet longer than I have. They were first introduced in 1989 and have since been the choice short of serious fisherman nation wide. The shorts are made from three ply nylon that has been treated with a stain resistant coating. The nylon fabric is incredibly strong, very durable and water repellent. You will love that they are ultra lightweight and super comfortable so you can wear them while you reel fish in all day long. These AFTCO shorts have seven pockets, with one dedicated to pliers that is cordura lined so it will not rip or tear. The seat of the shorts has been double layered to increase durability and the shorts have over twenty bar tacks that keep the shorts strong in all the right places.
