12V 5 Prong Relays with 5 Prong Sockets - You get 5 relays + 5 socket wires

These are your 'switch' contacts:

85 - RED
86 - YELLOW

When this circuit is completed the actuator will close 87 and open 87a.

30- BLACK
87- BLUE
87a- WHITE

Black is the power to your accessorie(s), 87 or 87a depending on whether the relay has power.

85, 86- Relay polarity shouldn't really matter.
