Description
- Surface Roughness Tester Meter can be used on variety of machining parts and operates on various surfaces, not only flat but also outer cone, outer cylinder, curved, pinholes, grooves, recesses grooves.
- Surface roughness testing of metallic and non-metallic components is applicable to various machined parts, the mechanical processing manufacturing industry, inspection, and commercial inspection.
- The split-type design consists of a main unit, driver, and sensor, capable of measuring the roughness of inner walls in pipes with diameters greater than 40 millimeters. It is equipped with a 1-meter-long delay line, which can be extended up to 3 meters.Includes a small-hole sensor (KS100). Additional sensors must be purchased separately.
- This instrument can be connected to a computer and printer for seamless data transfer and supports comprehensive or customized parameter printing, facilitating efficient reporting and analysis.
- The surface roughness tester complies with the ISO 4287 international standard, ANSI B46.1 American standard, DIN 4768 German standard, and JIS B 601 Japanese standard.
