The clamp meter MT200 can only test the AC current.
If you want to test the AC /DC current, we would like to recommend the digital multimeter PM8233B and MS8232.
non-contact AC current detection: open the clamp head and clamp one cable of
the measured circuit then you can get the data, without the help of other tools.

NOTE:
1. Before opening the meter case or battery cover, remove the test leads from the circuit under test.
2. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean the meter, do not use abrasives or solvents.
3. When you're using the MT200 to test current circuits, make sure to separate and single out
the cable/wire you want to measure. Cables on the market currently bundle live and null
wires together which makes accurate measurements difficult, if not impossible.
