Solar water pump operation suggestions: 

1. Remove the film which covers the solar panel before using; 

2. Make sure there is no leaf or anything else shade a part of solar panel; 

3. Ensure the pump under the enough sunshine(suggested in the midday sunshine); 

4. Pull out of the plug (the head part) firstly, and make the pump work for seconds to let the air go out of the pump; 

5. Then put on the plug to see if it could work well. 

Note of using solar fountain pumps: 

1. The birdbath and stand are not included. 

2. Please clean the pump regularly. 

3. Do not make the pump work without water for a long time, or the lifespan of it will be shortened.

4. As this pump is driven by direct sunlight; as such, the height of the fountain spray depends on the strength of the sunlight. When the sunlight is weak and any shadows, the pump may spray intermittently or even stop completely, therefore it is best to place the panel in a location with full, unobstructed sunlight (suggested in midday sunlight) and make sure that there is no leaf or anything else shaded any part of solar panel. It will also be affected by weather, seasons, places, etc.
