JKS International ALL hd PLEX bond treatment Step 2 (after shampoo, prior to conditioner)
- Applied after the color / chemical service to stabilize the bonds, deeply nourish, seal the cuticle and protect the color. It is not a conditioner. Can also be used outside of chemical services as a strengthening treatment
- Builds and enforces strong structural bonds, reduces breakage by 98%. Does not interfere with the chemical service, compatible with all brands
- Does not require alterations to developer strength or timing
- Must be used in conjunction with ALL hair defender PLEX Bond Maker #1
- Free of Sulfates, Parabens, DEA, MI. Never tested on animals. 8oz bottle with pump
All hd PLEX Bond Reinforcer #2 is applied after the chemical process. It contains high performing actives and was developed in a creamy texture for easier application. Bond Reinforcer #2 stablizes the bonds, deeply nourishes, seals the cuticle and protects the color (for long lasting color). It is not a conditioner and must be used with All hd PLEX Bond Maker #1.
