  • [Specification] Dual Pass Heat Exchanger; Core Size：30'' x 7''; 3/4 inch NPT inlet and outlets;
  • [Premium Quality] Constructed with Aircraft AA5052 aluminum, this Intercooler is 100% welded and features brazed core technology with no epoxy. The high-quality aluminum core makes it a direct For and built to last long. Each Intercooler undergoes five checks in the production process and is pressure tested to ensure no leakage.
  • [Density Core] Cooling rows are spaced 3/8" apart, giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum Intercoolers. 14-16 cooling fins per inch, giving you approximately 1500 more cooling fins.
  • [Strict Production Process] All Intercooler have to go through 5 checks in the whole process. Thickened packing(either carton or wooden box), foam with shock absorption.
