- Modular Multi-Day System: Engineered for backcountry versatility, the Commander X + Pack combines a high-capacity 4,000 cu. in. pack bag with a standalone internal-frame meat hauler. Detach the bag and utilize the dual aluminum stay frame and compressed wing lashing system with lower shelf to secure and stabilize heavy game loads, then reattach the pack over the haul using compression straps or zippers
- Heavy-Duty Construction & Reinforcement: Built with ultra-durable fabrics throughout to withstand rugged terrain and heavy usage. The frame features a channeled, high-density ABS core for optimal strength-to-weight ratio, providing the rigidity and support needed for long hauls under load
- Efficient Load Management & Organization: Top-loading main compartment with a spindrift collar maximizes space, while an internal horizontal divider separates gear for efficient packing. An extra-large lower access panel with a robust #10 zipper allows for quick access. Additional side pockets, a removable front gear pocket, and a fleece-lined spotting scope sleeve offer intuitive storage
- Customizable Carry System: The removable padded waist belt includes anti-sway straps, zippered storage pockets, and is holster-compatible for secure firearm carry. The top lid of the pack bag doubles as a detachable fanny pack for use on short excursions or while glassing from a ridge
- Field-Ready Functional Features: Includes an integrated drop-down pocket for rifle or bow transport, hydration reservoir compatibility, and a stowable rain cover housed in a zippered pocket at the base of the pack. The Commander X + Pack is a complete system for the multi day backcountry hunter. The combination of an internal frame meat hauling pack with a detachable 4000 cu in pack bag offers the ability to pack in gear to a spike camp and haul out meat when the task is completed. The Commander X frame has lashing system that incorporates a compressed wing system and a lower shelf to secure loads to the frame. The pack bag can then be reattached with a series of compression straps over the load. When the meat-hauling frame is not needed the pack bag attaches to the frame with zippers for a secure fit to the frame for a comfortable carry. The frame is comprised of dual aluminum stays with channeled high-density polyethylene frame for rigid carry.
