AQUAVIAL Water Test Kit E Coli Bacteria Drinking Tap Well Hot Tube Water Testing Pond Lake River Pool Tester Kits
3 X FASTER E.COLI BACTERIA WATER TEST: AQUAVIAL EX utilizes a patented enzyme-based technology that relies on bacterial enzyme recognition in the water sample. The water test is designed to detect E. coli bacteria strains that are ß-D-Glucuronidase positive. AQUAVIAL EX can detect E. coli bacteria The water test can detect E. coli bacteria concentrations from 1000 CFU/10 ml (100 CFU/10 ml) in 5 hours of incubation, to 10 CFU/10 ml (1 CFU/ml) in 7 hours, and 1 CFU/10 ml in 9 hours of incubation.
CLEAR, EASY TO READ AND DEPENDABLE: The reagent undergoes a color change, transitioning from Light Yellow to Light Green and finally to Dark Blue in the presence of E. Coli bacteria. The AQUAVIAL EX water test kit includes a color chart that simplifies result interpretation, ensuring easy reading. With two tests provided for duplicate testing in each kit, maximum reliability is guaranteed.
AREAS OF USE OF THE WATER TESTING KIT: Drinking water: includes tap, well, river, and spring water, recreational water: covers ponds, lakes, swimming pools, hot tubs, and beach water, grey water: encompasses water from office and industrial buildings, hotels, ballast water, and mine tailings/tailing ponds, agricultural water: includes irrigation, sprinkle systems, and hydroponics, recycled waste water.
HOW TO USE: Collect water with a sterile bag or container, then concentrate it with the provided filtration cartridge and syringe. Transfer the sample to the test vial and incubate. For faster results, incubate at 35⁰ to 45⁰C (95⁰ to 115⁰F). If not possible, triple the recommended time for the chosen detection limit (1 CFU/10 ml-at least 21 hours at room temperature instead of 7 hours). Crack the ampoule in the test vial to release the contrast, wait 15 minutes for full color development
