It is constructed with heavy-wall, 3" diameter tubing of high-strength carbon steel, and it is finished in a durable, textured black powder coat. This polyester-based coating is not only resilient to chipping and peeling, but the textured surface is designed to easily hide scratches, dirt and whatever else you encounter on the trail. We also put it through a salt spray test to ensure excellent rust resistance in any season. To add functionality and customization options to your truck, the 3" Pro Series bull bar comes with a removable skid plate, a pre-drilled crossbar and tow hook attachment options for certain applications. The skid plate is constructed from 304 stainless steel and has a brushed finish to hide nicks and scratches from road debris. The pre-drilled crossbar features two holes to accept round lights up to 5 1/2" in diameter, an LED light bar or other aftermarket lights. For certain years of Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups, tow hooks can also be attached to the Pro Series bull bar (sold separately), allowing for straight-line and vehicle recovery towing.
