ARP 9006000 Tapered Piston Ring Compressor
- Features a 4.600" true radius design
- Far superior to conventional tapered compressors
- Manufactured from 6061-T6 billet tube material and protected with type 3 anodizing
- For easy identification, the bore size is engraved in 3/4" high numbers
- Relieved for wire O-rings on bottom
To maintain a reputation for "zero defects", ensure optimum quality control, and produce fasteners of exceptionally high quality, ARP controls all aspects of the manufacturing process, performing all operations in-house where they can be closely monitored. ARP takes extraordinary steps to produce the very finest products of their kind on the market today. ARP's ring compressors are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet tube material and feature a true radius for each different bore diameter. The true radius design is far superior to conventional "tapered" devices, and widely acclaimed by professional engine builders. What's more, they are relieved for wire O-rings on bottom. Type 3 anodizing is used for long life, and the bore size is prominently engraved in 3/4" high numbers for easy identification.
